As Vice President, Shri Bhaskar Rao works alongside the Governor of Karnataka (the President of the State Branch) to oversee humanitarian aid, relief operations, and community support across the state. Strengthening the state’s readiness for emergencies through a vast network of over 3,000 volunteers and professional training in First Aid and emergency management.

Actively mentors the Youth Red Cross (YRC) units in universities, encouraging students to lead community service projects.
